Aoshima Island (Aoshima) - one of dozens of "cat islands" of Japan. 120 cats lives there, which is six times more than people.

Thanks to images taken by photographer Peter Thomas Reuters (Thomas Peter), the island was famous for the web, which resulted in the influx of tourists to Aoshima.
